توضّح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه تطبيق MAFNAV (خرائط MAF) من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف تتحكم بها. مبدؤنا: نجمع فقط ما تحتاجه الميزة التي تستخدمها، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات.
1. استخدام التطبيق دون حساب
يمكنك استخدام الخريطة والبحث والملاحة كضيف. ينشئ التطبيق معرّف ضيف عشوائياً مرتبطاً بهذا الجهاز فقط، ولا يطلب اسمك أو بريدك.

لا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الملفات، ولا نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات.
3. مع من نشارك البيانات
- Google: تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google، وإرسال الإشعارات عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Apple: تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple.
- Open-Meteo: يطلب خادمنا حالة الطقس لموقع تقريبي، دون أي معرّف لك.
- مزوّدو الاستضافة: الخوادم التي تعمل عليها خدمتنا، وفق عقود تحمي البيانات.
- الجهات القانونية: فقط إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
4. مدة الاحتفاظ
- سجلّ البحث: حتى تحذفه، وبحد أقصى 18 شهراً.
- سجلّ الرحلات والأماكن المحفوظة: حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك.
- بيانات السرعة المجهولة: 7 أيام بشكلها الخام، ثم إحصاءات عامة لا تخص أحداً.
- سجلات الطلبات التقنية: 30 يوماً.
- بلاغات الطريق: تبقى ملاحظات مجهولة الهوية بعد حذف الحساب.
5. حقوقك وتحكمك
- امسح سجلّ البحث والرحلات من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
- أوقف مشاركة السرعة المجهولة أو الإشعارات من الإعدادات.
- نزّل نسخة من بياناتك أو احذف حسابك نهائياً من شاشة الحساب، أو اتبع صفحة حذف الحساب. يُحذف كل شيء خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
6. الأمان
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ رموز الدخول في المخزن الآمن للجهاز، ولا تُسجَّل كلمات مرور أو مواقع دقيقة في سجلات الخادم.
7. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لمن هم في سن 18 فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.
8. التغييرات والتواصل

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MAFNAV collects, why, and how you control it. Our rule: we collect only what the feature you use needs, we do not sell your data, and the app has no ads.
1. Using the app without an account
You can use the map, search and navigation as a guest. The app creates a random guest identifier bound to this device; it does not ask for your name or email.
2. Data we collect

We do not access your contacts, photos or files, and we do not use the advertising ID.
3. Who we share data with
- Google: Sign in with Google, and notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple.
- Open-Meteo: our server asks for the weather at an approximate location, with no identifier of yours.
- Hosting providers: the servers our service runs on, under data-protection contracts.
- Authorities: only when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
- Search history: until you delete it, at most 18 months.
- Trip history and saved places: until you delete them or your account.
- Anonymous speed data: 7 days raw, then only general statistics about roads.
- Technical request logs: 30 days.
- Road reports: kept as anonymous observations after an account is deleted.
5. Your rights and controls
- Clear your search and trip history in the app at any time.
- Turn off anonymous speed sharing or notifications in Settings.
- Download a copy of your data or delete your account for good from the Account screen, or follow the account deletion page. Everything is deleted within 30 days at most.
6. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), sign-in tokens are kept in the device's secure storage, and no passwords or precise locations are written to server logs.
7. Children
The app is meant for people aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect children's data.
